Partners and Certifications

The certifications and partnerships behind Pencor’s work aren’t a wall of logos. They’re the standards we build to and the partners we trust to hold us there.

The Partners Who Stand Behind Our Work

Every vendor, supplier, and technology partner we work with is selected because their performance standards match ours. The logos on this page represent relationships we’re willing to stake our reputation on.

Work With a Certified Commercial Contractor in North Georgia

BIM, LEED, and Earthcraft aren’t credentials we hang on the wall. They change how we plan, price, and deliver your project. Tell us what you’re building.

The Standards Behind How We Build

Pencor holds certifications in building modeling, sustainable design, and energy-efficient construction. Here’s what each one means in practice and how it benefits the projects we take on.

  • BIM

We use BIM to model the structure, the mechanical systems, and the interior finish work together before construction begins. Conflicts between systems get resolved in the model before a trade is engaged, and owners get an accurate picture of the finished building before a wall goes up.

  • LEED

Amar Rajashekar, our Director of Preconstruction, holds a LEED AP credential. For clients pursuing green building certification on a commercial project, we manage the documentation, design coordination, and submittal requirements as part of our preconstruction or design-build scope.

  • Earthcraft

EarthCraft is a Southeast-specific sustainable building program built around energy efficiency, water conservation, and indoor air quality. For commercial clients in North Georgia, EarthCraft certification is worth pursuing if reducing long-term operating costs is part of the project goal.
