The Credentials and Experience Behind Our Projects
Jared Penny built Pencor on a background in federal design-build, where the standard for pricing, accountability, and delivery is higher than most commercial contractors have worked under. Amar Rajashekar, our Director of Preconstruction, holds a LEED AP credential and applies sustainable building standards on every project that calls for them. Our team is also BIM and EarthCraft certified.
Between them, the Pencor leadership team has managed commercial construction permits, budgets, and builds across North Georgia since 2016, across industrial, healthcare, retail, government, non-profit, and manufacturing sectors.
